I have been completely MIA on this blog since the kitchen renovation began. And that's because kitchen renovations are ridiculously complicated. Not one project went as planned and almost all took approximately 3 or 4 times the time we thought it would. Add in travel for the hubs and late work days for both of us, and weekends were pretty much the only time we had to work on the house. The original plan was to build our cabinets from scratch but while we are pretty confident . . .
This is going to be a post about what's going on with me. I wanted to be able to write more posts like this but never know how much is too much to share. 2015 is already in it's third month. My birthday month. I'm about to turn 32 on March 8th and my life has been more insane than normal. And my blog is taking the brunt of it. Dean turned 2 last month and being a stationery designer, I felt the pressure to make at least a decent effort at decorating and coordinating. I stopped myself from themed food with signs but the sweets table was another story. I went all out for that: food signs, banner and everything.
